Seremban Road Trip!

I am so sorry that I have not been writing for a while. But, trust me as much as I would love to be back, I have other commitments to be adhered to. Before I begin writing, it shall be note that this post was in regards of my last weekend's activity.

Before I begin writing, I need to say sorry for not being able to be there for the Singapore trip, Holi SDS I've been wanting to go since 2015 but I'll make it the next round okay? So sorry for turning down UKM Malam Irama Penyayang ( Indian Cultural Night Show ) because I really needed to catch on this wedding.

Now, you must have all been wondering why did Raveenaa even ended up in Seremban last Saturday. The truth was, last Saturday was a day where all Hell's broke loose time for me, myself and I. The day started when I had to rush back home to Cheras to get my
red saree for the wedding. Unfortunately, my partner
opted for blue which was such a pain in the neck.

I had a lecture to attend to on Trust Law by Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram, in the faculty and I had to be back by 10am to UM, and I began panicking when I got home and realized that it was already 8.30a.m. when I stepped into the house. I swore that I packed my things and showered like The Flash and I left home immediately. I reached the faculty at 9.55a.m. on the dot, wishing I never need to do that in life ever again.

Attended a two hours lecture which later became three, by the Federal Court Judge himself, who is now a practicing lawyer, Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram. And I could have sworn everyone was just mesmerize as to how he puts his words. I left the faculty at one pm to  KPS and got us both coconut milk shake and
we got on the road, heading towards Seremban.

The drive to Seremban was such a good weather. Sunny, perfect for a road trip. The bad side upon driving down South on a Saturday, was that, but the fact that we left after lunch hour made it so jam especially nearing town. It took us two hours. So by
the time we settled for lunch it was already three pm.

I headed to Ching Hua Chinese School for lunch, and the area there was Templer Heights where I had tom yam mee with three layered tea and my partner had wan tan mee. The food there was pretty cheap as compared to KL, obviously. I would post the whole lot of expenses by the end of this post so you could
see how much we've spent for this one day trip :)

After lunch, we headed towards Church of The Visitation. It was a Roman Catholic Church where we spent quite a while there. It was such a beautiful place and soothing place to be at. Since I've been to
St. Anne's Church in Bukit Mertajam, Penang
earlier this year, this place makes it more memorable
cause I was able to share some stories I know :)

We left for the Gudwara Sahaib followed by
Sri Balathandayuthapani Temple where the main
God there was Lord Thandayuthapani, himself. It was almost already at 4pm when we made our ways to have cendol on such a heaty day. We made our ways to Haji Shariff Cendol where I had the cendol jagung which costed RM 1.70 ; and he had ABC Ais Kacang for RM 2.50. We met this beautiful Indian Couple
there in the shop who were from Putrajaya who
went back to Seremban town to visit their parents.

The queue in the Cendol shop was so long and we waited forever, but the moment the desserts touched our lips, it was worth all of the waitings and lining up. Once finishing our desserts, we made our way quietly to Aeon Seremban 2, because I really needed to get a wedding gift to be given that night. I sworn I could have never been this last minute. The gift shall remain secret, because, it's just something cute and I know how much the bride would love it! We passed by this food testing place, where we both tried on super delicious butter cookies and I made him bought it.

So once that was done, we made our ways to Seremban City Park 2 and we spent for about an hour there. We watched basketball matches and became commentator of the live show. Trust me, I was laughing my worries away cause he was pretty strict of a person when it comes to basketball games, really. We went for a walk, and when the day was about to get darker, we made our ways to change into our traditional wear and made our way to the wedding hall.

Once there, we had food, congratulate the bridegroom and bride and lastly, with the lovely buddy herself.

The drive back to University Malaya was only for 45 minutes and by the time I was home, it was exactly 23:58 p.m. at night as I called it for a day. With this, here are the itinerary and also the costing of the day.

Good day everyone!
